Refund policy
All sales are final
CHIMAX does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on delivered orders. Every purchase is final once your order has been fulfilled.
We hold this policy openly, and for a reason we're comfortable putting in writing. CHIMAX is priced to be reachable — a complete thirteen-card game system for less than the cost of a night out — and keeping it there depends on running lean. We would rather put that margin into the product, into community programs, and into getting decks into more hands than into processing returns on a small sealed item.
We also believe in what we make. A CHIMAX deck is meant to be opened, shuffled, and played.
Buy with confidence
Because sales are final, we've tried to remove every reason for surprise before you order:
- Every colorway contains the identical thirteen cards. Only the artwork differs, and there is no price difference between colorways at any quantity.
- The complete official rules, including how-to-play videos, are published free at How to Play & Game Rules. Read them before you buy, not after.
- If you have a question about the game, the deck, or which option suits your group, contact us first. We answer.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
Final sale does not mean you are stuck with a broken product. If your order arrives damaged, is missing cards, is defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at mike@mosayk.com with your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will make it right with a replacement.
The same applies if your order never arrives. Reach out and we will investigate with the carrier.
Order changes and cancellations
Orders can be changed or cancelled only before they are fulfilled. Contact us as quickly as possible with your order number and we will help if the order has not yet shipped.
Bulk and organizational orders
Volume orders, custom-printed decks, and purchase-order arrangements are governed by the terms agreed at the time of order, which take precedence over this page. Custom-printed and co-branded decks are non-cancellable once production begins.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws that apply where you live. Where local law grants you a right this policy does not, that law applies.
